Vacancy Description:
A leading Debt Management Organisation is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors in Salford Quays. My Client have been established for over 20 years, and are specialist in debt management products including, Debt Consolidation programs, IVA's, managed bank accounts to customers on the sub prime lending market.
As part of your role, you will be dealing with inbound calls from prospective clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all calls are answered and dealt within a professional manner. You will work towards sales targets and KPi's.
We are looking for bright, articulate and confident candidates who want to start a career within a large sucessful company in Salford Quay. Applicants are preferred to have relevant Customer service or sales experience within an office or call centre environment.
The salary for this role is £15,000 with OTE of £21,000
Working hours are rotating shifts between 8am - 8pm and one Saturday in three.
