Working along side our industrial and construction teams, our commercial division places people in a large range of office based roles including Customer Service, Administration, Accounts, Sales and Secretarial. We are ideally looking for people who meet most or all of the following criteria: Have a minimum 6 month's Commercial Recruitment experience withing the Greater Manchester market place. Are able to demonstrate an ability to build raports with clients and candidates alike. Are based within a 30 minute commute of Manchester City Centre. Can display a genuine desire to succeed in recruitment and take great satisfaction in their success. Able to pay attention to detail, even in a busy, fast moving environment. Have a good sense of humour. In return, we can offer an extremely competitive basic salary and a bonus scheme with no minimum threshold that pays 10%, 15% and 20% of placement fees at various levels.
