​Having 5 years of aviation recruitment at Manchester Airport and a year in healthcare, this involves placing people on a permanent basis and on a temp to perm basis.

My current focus is to excel in within the construction sector by developing existing relationships and building new ones. I also love getting people their dream jobs. The greatest satisfaction for me is when candidates appreciate the effort which I have put in to ensure they get their ideal role!

One of my successes to date would be when I completed a difficult recruitment project for Jet 2. They required 20 staff at very short notice, (1 week), meaining i had to arrange and conduct all interviews to make sure the right candidates were put forward for the position by making sure their skills matched the job description.

All documents were gathered and sent to the client, ensuring that the candidates were all compliant, and also updated about their progress throughout the process.

The result was that 20 were successful and started their new jobs for Jet 2.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, keeping fit by going to the gym, and I am a massive foodie. I also enjoy going out with friends to try out new places.
