Vacancy: Production Operative & Machine Operator

We are offering an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives to join a thriving manufacturing business based in Radcliffe. Following recent expansion, long-term work is available within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to manufacture plastic products, including traffic cones and grass grids

• Monitor equipment and adjust settings as necessary, reporting any faults or mechanical issues

• Inspect and pack finished goods, maintaining quality standards

• Work efficiently within a team to meet production targets

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety policies

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (one day off in the week)

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a production setting and with machine operation is essential

• High attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Physically capable of manual handling and standing for long durations

• A collaborative approach with a proactive work ethic

• Sound understanding of health and safety practices in manufacturing
