Production Operative & Machine Operator

Location: Radcliffe Company: Growing Manufacturing Business

We’re offering an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives and Machine Operators to join a thriving company in Radcliffe. As the business expands, we’re looking for proactive individuals to support long-term production in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to produce plastic products such as traffic cones and grass grids.

• Monitor machines and adjust settings to ensure smooth operation.

• Identify and report any mechanical issues.

• Inspect and pack finished products to meet quality standards.

• Work efficiently as part of a production team.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with health and safety guidelines.

       Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 19:00 – 07:00 (night shifts)

• Fridays Off: Enjoy long weekends!

   What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in production and machine operation.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to keep pace in a busy setting.

• Physically fit for manual handling and extended periods of standing.

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

• Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
