About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing team in Middleton. The company specialises in producing small components and requires reliable staff to support production and logistics during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas

• Supporting production with timely supply of components

• Manual handling of goods (lifting, carrying, packing)

• General warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Ability to work night shifts consistently

• Good attention to detail and commitment to health & safety

• Physically fit to carry out manual handling tasks
