General Labourer – Aire Park 
Location: Aire Park Development, Leeds
Start Date: 03.02.26
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (occasional weekend work may be required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join the site team at the Aire Park development in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site operations, supporting trades, and ensuring a safe and well-organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping the site clean, safe, and well maintained, including waste disposal and clearing walkways
• Assisting tradesmen across various disciplines
• Supporting with deliveries, including unloading, checking materials, and distributing to work areas
• Performing general labouring duties such as moving materials, setting up work areas, and basic manual tasks
• Following all site safety procedures and reporting any hazards
• Supporting site management with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous site labouring experience (preferred)
• CSCS Card (required unless otherwise stated by site)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to help across multiple trades
• Ability to work safely and follow direction
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive approach to work

• PPE required: Hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves (additional PPE may be provided)
