•     Taking ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the building and its facilities
•     Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for tenants, contractors and service partners
•     Ensuring the building meets all health & safety standards and compliance requirements
•     Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, including managing contractors
•     Carrying out regular inspections to keep the building safe, clean and operating at a high standard
•     Supporting budgeting, reporting and accurate record‑keeping
•     Responding quickly and confidently to urgent issues or maintenance needs
