Site Supervisor
Location: Bradford Royal Infirmary
Reports to: Site Manager
Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to support ongoing project works at Bradford Royal Infirmary. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site housekeeping standards, coordinate labourers, and provide direct support to the Site Manager currently leading the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise labourers to ensure all site, welfare areas and facilities are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Monitor and maintain site cleanliness in line with project and client requirements.
• Support the Site Manager with daily operational tasks, including coordination of trades, deliveries, and general site activities.
• Carry out routine checks on work areas to ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Report any issues, defects, or non-compliance promptly to the Site Manager.
• Assist with site documentation, permits, and basic record-keeping as directed.
• Help promote a positive, safe and efficient working environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous site experience within construction or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate labourers effectively.
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations on construction sites.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications (Desirable)

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or willingness to obtain
• Basic first aid training
