Job Title: Site-Based Project Manager – Façade & Remediation

Location: Hull
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £63,000 + Package
Project Value: Up to £10m
Project Duration: 10–12 months


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to lead a façade and remediation scheme valued at up to £10m. This is a permanent position, responsible for the full delivery of the project on site, with a strong emphasis on documentation, QA, programme control, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing site operations, subcontractors, and client requirements while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day site management of a façade and remediation project
  • Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Maintain and control the construction programme using Asta Powerproject
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and remedial standards
  • Lead on all project paperwork, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
  • Oversee QA processes, inspections, snagging, and handover documentation
  • Manage and maintain Fieldview systems for site reporting, inspections, and quality records
  • Chair site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage progress reports, RAMS, permits, and method statements
  • Drive a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on façade and/or remediation projects
  • Experience delivering projects up to £10m in value
  • Strong background in site-based project delivery
  • Excellent understanding of QA procedures and compliance documentation
  • Advanced user of Fieldview for quality and site management
  • Competent in Asta Powerproject for programming and progress tracking
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid (preferred)
