Site Supervisor – Short-Term Contract (3 Weeks)

Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Start Date: Monday 8th June 
Duration: 3 Weeks
Rate: £240 per day 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee activity at a Manufacturing Centre in Coventry. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and/or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) building environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Oversee contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to specification

• Maintain site documentation, permits, and compliance records

• Conduct site inductions and enforce health & safety standards

• Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Ensure deadlines are met within the 3‑week project window

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor in warehouse or M&E building settings

• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple contractors and tasks simultaneously

• SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid (preferred but adjust as needed)
