Freelance Estimator / Commercial Support – St Helens
Rate: £400–£550/day | Part-time/Flexible (2–3 days/week) | Remote possible

Our client is a small but ambitious construction company based in St Helens, delivering builders work and civils projects. With a turnover of £2.5–3M, they value flexible, skilled support to strengthen our commercial and operational functions.

The Role:
They're looking for a freelance Estimator to provide part-time commercial and pre-con support across projects, including:

• Estimating, tender preparation, and cost planning.
• Builders work and civils projects (extensions, ramps, CT scanner bases, commercial refurbishments).
• Supporting operational/project management tasks where needed.
• Flexible, remote-friendly role with occasional site visits.

About You:

• Experienced in estimating and commercial support for builders work and civils.
• Comfortable managing multiple workloads and working independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness.
• Public sector or leisure project experience is a plus.
