Site Supervisor – Office Fit Out

Rate: £250–£300 per day (DOE)

Contract: 20 Weeks (Immediate Start) with Further Work Available

About the Company

Our client is a specialist office fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior projects. Working with a range of clients across the commercial sector, they pride themselves on delivering projects safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.

Due to the award of a new project at Heathrow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team on a 20-week contract, with a strong pipeline of future projects offering the opportunity for ongoing work.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is comfortable being on site, coordinating trades, solving problems and maintaining momentum throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations on a live office fit-out project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality on site.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve any site issues.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets specification.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, clients and subcontractors to keep the project running smoothly.
• Ensure materials, labour and site activities are effectively coordinated.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Support the successful delivery of the project through to completion.

About You

• Previous experience supervising commercial office fit-out projects.
• Strong technical understanding of interior fit-out and construction methods.
• Hungry and eager to prove yourself.
• Hands-on approach with the confidence to lead site activities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and programme.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are desirable.
• Eligible to work on a Heathrow project and able to start immediately.
