Logistics Operative

Our client is a busy and growing operation within the aviation industry, specialising in the refurbishment and preparation of aircraft seating. Due to increased workloads, they are looking for a reliable and hardworking Logistics Operative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and dressing aircraft seats to the required standard.
• Packaging aircraft seats ready for storage or dispatch.
• Loading, unloading, and moving seats around the warehouse and production areas.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
• Ensuring products are handled safely and stored correctly.
• Following work instructions and quality procedures at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Supporting the wider production and logistics team as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production environment.
• The ability to follow instructions accurately and work to deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves moving and handling aircraft seats throughout the day.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00am - 2:15pm
• 30-minute unpaid break each day
• Overtime available when required
