What you'll be doing
* As a Care Assistant in Greensleeves Care Home, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated staff who support residents with their daily needs.
* Following resident care plans
* ensuring each resident receives the correct person-centred care, support, and daily interaction.
* The Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of the residents as well playing their own part in creating an environment that's warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
What you'll need
Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude with exceptional communication skills to join them as a Care Assistant. If you have these skills, then you won't require specific care knowledge as they will provide all the training you need to succeed.
Above all, you'll have real compassion for all their residents to deliver the highest standard of care and support. Our client will welcome applications from HCA's, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers & Domiciliary Carers.
