This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong background in warehouse operations and a valid FLT Counterbalance licence. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, from product assembly to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
FLT Operations: Safely operate counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload goods
Stock Handling: Process stock and orders with accuracy to uphold inventory integrity
Packaging: Wrap stock and pallets securely to prevent damage during transit
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organised, including recycling and housekeeping duties
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols and warehouse rules diligently
Requirements
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential
Proven warehouse experience
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
