Excellent Site Manager Role Available! - Permanent
Our client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful Fitouts & Refurbs of leisure projects across the country. This exciting opportunity will require travel throughout the UK and will involve working on a range of projects, including gyms, hotels, and retail parks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of site operations, including site safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective action as required.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the leisure industry, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment. Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours as required.
- Willing to travel and stop away, Nationwide.
The salary for this role will be between £60k - £70k plus a vehicle and fuel card.
