Position: Team Manager Location: Huddersfield, HD1 Salary: £25,642.50 Working Hours: 37.5 hours - on-call rotation + Sleep in shifts A valid Clean Driving License is a mandatory requirement for this role.

About You: As a Team Manager, you will collaborate with the Service Manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our support services. Your role includes organizing and monitoring daily support delivery to ensure efficiency and the highest standards. Joining a team supporting adults with various needs, your objective is to empower individuals to exercise as much control over their lives as possible. This fulfilling and diverse role involves offering encouragement, guidance, and support to enable independent living and freedom of choice.
Requirements: Driver's license is a must Experience in social care with individuals having Learning disabilities, Complex needs, and Autism NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent (or working towards it) Availability for on-call rotation Compassion, integrity, and a respectful approach Reliability is crucial as people depend on you Ability to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in IT and numerical skills Supervisory experience and motivation of a staff team
