Salary: £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced, nurse-qualified leader to join our senior management team as Area Director of Operations. This is a pivotal role overseeing a portfolio of care homes, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities for the Area Director of Operations 

• Lead and support Home Managers across the region to deliver outstanding care.

   

• Drive operational performance, quality improvement, and resident satisfaction.

   

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.

   

• Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and professional development for teams.

   

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

   

‍⚕️ Requirements for the Area Director of Operations 

• Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registration - desirable but not essential 

   

• Proven track record in multi-site management within the care sector.

   

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
