​I have been with Time Recruitment since 2014 and I specialize in Permanent White Collar Recruitment in the North West, across a vast amount of sectors and disciplines. Since working with Time, I have progressed and developed within the business from Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Principal Consultant and over the years have gone from recruiting for 2-3 disciplines to 10-15 disciplines which has resulted in retention, new business and growth within my desk.

My biggest achievement came when recruiting for one of my key clients in the North West. The business was looking to expand and grow their team, as well as open additional offices across the UK. Supporting them in their recruitment drive, not only supported the growth of their team but also added value when they opened their new office where I placed several key staff members who have supported the growth and development within the company.

Working with new clients has always been one of my biggest drives in the industry however supporting and maintaining the relationship within existing clients is just as important to me.

When representing candidates, I always ensure that I match them to a Job role they are looking for based on what drives and motivates them, not just when it comes to salaries and incentives but also work life balance and support and encouragement from their new employer.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends and also going on holiday.
