Responsibilities: Project Financial Management: Assist in the financial management of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control. Project Types: Focus on Healthcare and Schools projects within the traditional construction sector. Experience Requirement: A minimum of 3 years of experience, including leading small projects. Built Environment Background: Ideally, come from a built environment background, with a preference for traditional construction. JCT Contracts: Strong focus on the JCT suite of contracts. Collaboration: Work closely with the Quantity Surveying team to ensure project success.
