I am working with a construction main contractor based in the Midlands who are looking to appoint a full time Contract's Manager.
The company specialize in fit outs and refurbishments within the public sector and are looking to expand due to growth within the business.
Day to day duties: Overseeing 2-3 projects at once Site visits Weekly site reports Programming Business development
Requirements for the role: 5+ years at Contracts Manager level Main contractor background Happy to travel Experience writing the programme Business development experience Experience working on projects within the public sector
