An exciting opportunity to work with an industry leading company based in Trafford. Due to company growth we are looking to recruit several Customer Service Account Managers asap.
Role:
- Inbound Calls from existing customers
- Processing orders and booking on deliveries
- Managing customer expectations regarding ETA's and Offhires
- Upselling where appropriate BUT mainly maintaining business
- Giving quotations where appropriate
Essential experience required:
- 2 years in a telephone based sales role in the last 3 years
- Working in a fast paced environment
Desirable experience required:
- B2B sales
- Account Management
- Full 360 sales experience
