Responsibilities
Communicate with existing business customers through phone, email, and web chat.
Process account updates, payments, and address any customer queries with a positive attitude.
Ensure that every customer feels heard, helped, and satisfied with our services.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
Friendly and positive attitude.
Prior customer service experience, even if only a few months.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
