Deputy Home Manager
Location: Cradley Heath, Birmingham
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience - Nurse registered)
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (Depending on experience - Non nurse)
Hours: Fulltime, Supernumerary hours (with some clinical for nurse)

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Be competent on all aspects of clinical governance and promoting the best delivery of safe care
* Support the Home manager in the planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care
* Take responsibility in the Home Managers absence
* Direct and lead the clinical services within a nurse led environment
* Ensure the home is ran according to CQC regulations & NMC guidelines
Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Nurse pin desired, not essential!
* Experience leading a team within a nursing home (min 2 years)
* NVQ level 5
