Facades Manager
The role
Position: Facades Manager
Sector: Residential
Location of office: Belfast
Full Time - Contract
Length: 7 Months
Rate: £250.00 per day, Ltd Company Or Umbrella PAYE only

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the facades of the whole building. Ensure the time targets are met, within budget and meet the necessary quality standards. Manage sub-contractors and ensure safety on site.

Candidate Requirements
Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field MUST have facades and residential experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Site Management.
Must have a Clean Driving License as the role requires travelling to sites/meetings Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of construction standards.
