We are looking for a Fleet or Road Risk Insurance broker to join a business with over £16 million GBP in Insurance premiums who focus mostly on Motor Trade, Fleet and Combined SME packages. They offer a mature, professional, and relaxed environment where every employee matters and you aren't treated as just a number. The role as a Commercial Insurance Broker

- In the first 1-3 months you will spend your time generating quotes from warm leads, before passing them to another team whilst gaining an understanding of the levels of cover. - You will then work alongside and shadow the Underwriting team for 1-3 months, gaining an understanding of policy wordings and how best to place cover with the right insurer. - After training you will begin managing your own client book, where you'll receive warm leads and manage through existing policies that you've dealt with.
