Position Overview:
They are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator in our rota moulding division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs efficiently and meets our high-quality standards.

Payrate : £10.42ph - £11.42ph
Hours of Work: 6am to 2pm/ 2pm to 10pm rotating

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor rota moulding machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Set up and adjust machinery as necessary for different products and production runs.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly and identify any issues promptly.
Inspect finished products for quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
Monitor raw material levels and replenish as needed.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and timelines.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Record production data accurately for reporting purposes.
Trimming/cleaning up finished products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in plastic rota moulding or a related industry.
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate machinery effectively.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required.
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
