I am representing a construction main contractor based in the North West who are looking to appoint a full time Project Manager within the team.
The contractor specialize in fits outs across the commercial sector, with projects ranging from £200K-£1.5M.
Projects are nationwide so the candidate will be expected to split their time between the office and site visits.
Duties & responsibilites: Overseeing 2-3 sites at one time Client meetings Overseeing health & safety Liaising with the commercial team Strong IT skills (Excel)
Requirements for the role: 3+ years at Project Manager level Office fit out/Commercial experience Happy to travel Main contractor background
