Job description
Industry: Office-Based Environment
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:00 - 14:45
* Total: 37.75 hours per week
Our client based in Middleton is seeking a dedicated Quality Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in quality control and be comfortable working both in an office environment and on the shop floor alongside operators. Key responsibilities include:
* Feed raw materials into production machinery
* Perform packing tasks and prepare finished goods for shipment.
* Operate production machinery, including the use of lifting equipment.
* Conduct quality assurance and testing checks
* Assemble, pack, and label finished products.
Requirements:
* Previous quality control experience is essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively with operators on the shop floor.
* Proficiency in operating production machinery.
* Strong attention to detail for conducting quality assurance and testing.
* Capability to handle physical tasks, including the use of lifting equipment.
