You will work alongside 4 other QSs and a procurement and pre-con team to allow you to focus on your own QS duties.

  • Monitor and control project budgets

  • Support commercial team with framework reporting and audit processes

  • Strong background in public sector project delivery

  • Excellent understanding of compliance and procurement standards

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload proactively

  • Eye for detail with a methodical and organised approach

  • Confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience delivering projects under public sector frameworks

  • Exposure to both framework and competitively tendered projects

  • Pension contribution

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Clear route to Commercial Lead / QS Team Leader role in the mid-term

  • Supportive and stable working environment
