Role: Refurbishment Site Manager
Location: Midlands based
Working Location: Midlands - Travel to be expected Nationwide
Standard Hours: 47.5 p/w, Mon - Fri
Extra Hours: Saturday standard rate - if worked Saturday, Sunday is Time and a half)
salary: £21p/h - £51,870 Per year.
Package: 28 Holidays (5 reserved for xmas), extra £1 when away, £15 meal allowance, Digs pre-booked, Van, fuel card

Project Type: Pubs & restaurants large M&B refurbs with extension works.
Project Value: £30,0000 - £1.5m, Jobs going for 8-10 weeks
Working.
Certs: Gold or Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Good H&S knowledge


Duties:
Running the Program
Managing RAMS
Chasing & Managing Suppliers
Handling Deliveries on site
Managing Subbies
Controlling H&S on site
