Time recruitment is selecting for Registered Nurse to join an exemplary provider in the local area of Leicester. The home has a Good CQC report and has excellent staffing ratios so plenty of support is available when needed. We are in search for caring, kind, and compassionate Registered Nurse. The service provider has been purpose-built to support up to 49 residents with a range of needs, from residential to nursing care, day care or night care and respite or convalescence care.
The successful Registered Nurse will be supported by the Home Manager, and they will instruct the successful Registered Nurse on their weekly objectives until they are completely confident and can work independently. The service home has a welcoming feel to it, is always improving and has also been modernised to a high specification. The successful candidates must've worked in a nursing home setting with strong general nursing skills. Above all they want someone who shares their values, will love the work and is honest, reliable, and hardworking.
Duties.
* Taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents and making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure that they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
