Salary: £19 to £20 per hour
Location: Romsley (B62)
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shifts: Nights
Time recruitment is selecting for an RGN to join a well establish privately owned nursing home. They are in search for a reliable, team player and compassionate RGN. The service provider has been purpose-built to support up to 41 service users with a range of needs like medication rounds, Wound Care, Hearing Impairment, Disease Stroke, Dementia, Old Age, Elderly Care, Physical Disability.
The successful RGN will be supported by the Home Manager who is very approachable and has a lot of compassion helping people, and they will instruct the successful RGN on their weekly objectives until they are completely confident and can work independently.
Duties.
* Taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents and making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Following care plan set by manager and progressing to creating own care plan once training is completed.
* Be able to run shifts without help after 3 to 6 months joining and following the process of Care planning monthly.
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure that they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
RGN Requirements.
* NMC PIN
* Team Player
* DBS is preferable.
* Intuitive and confident
* IT knowledgeable
* Medication rounds knowledge
* Compassionate and approachable
* Excellent comminutor
