Car Buyer
Cheadle
£26k basic with £45k OTE
Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, 5pm Finish on Fridays
We are currently recruiting for an award-winning company based in Cheadle, close to public transport and with free parking. This role is inbound and outbound calling, speaking to people looking to get a great deal on a car but needing a little help financially. This job does require you to work 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-5pm with a day off in lieu.
If you have a passion for hard work, giving great customer service and making yourself a lot of money, then this role is for you. The office is a fun / friendly environment and would really suit anyone who has an outgoing, bubbly character.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Speaking to customers who are looking for a new vehicle on finance.
* Helping find a suitable car that fits lenders criteria, through their reputable dealerships.
* Guiding them through the full sales cycle.
* Speaking to dealerships to check vehicle availability.
* Liaising with different departments to make sure the whole process runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will have:
* Must have excellent organisation skills.
* Must have an excellent phone manner and be driven to make high volumes of calls daily.
* A passion for providing a great customer experience.
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
* Can take ownership of tasks in a timely manner.
* To be passionate and motivated for the business and yourself.
* Have experience working towards and exceeding targets.
* Experience in the Motor Trade industry is essential.
