Time recruitment are proud to represent the leading restaurant and bar fitout companies in the UK who are looking for an Office Manager to oversee their service team including overseeing the Engineers, Sub-Contractors, Credit Control and Customer Service functions
Your primary duties will be overseeing other members of the service team, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships.
You will be responsible in growing the customer base including promoting our maintenance packages.
* Organising daily service plans for engineers and subcontract engineers.
* Manging engineers, service admin team, sub-contractors.
* Preparing ppm plans for new, cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts.
* Resolving any service problems and customer complaints.
* Contacting potential new clients.
* Increasing client accounts and profit margins.
* Liaise with other company departments to maintain business development and continuously innovate new profitable outcomes.
* Managing debt collection.
* Sourcing new suppliers.
* Stock takes.
* Must be customer facing.
* Ensuring all jobs are profitable and completed in time.
* Have a proven track record in service management..
* Customer facing skills..
* Ability to manage workloads..
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Problem solving.
* Valid driver licence.
* Ability to visit new and existing customers..
* £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
* Company profit bonus (after twelve months service)
