Position: Site Based Project Manager
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £58,000-£62,000 + Package

My client are seeking a dedicated Site Based Project Manager to lead a dynamic mixed development project in Newcastle. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse construction project, including a research facility, offices, laboratories, a café, and reception areas, along with associated drainage, internal, and external works.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality work within the project timeline.
- Manage all phases of the construction process, from the initial groundwork to the final touches.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular project updates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing mixed development projects, with a keen eye for detail in both internal and external aspects.
- Must be locally based to Newcastle.
- Availability to be site-based from Monday to Friday for the duration of the project
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
-CSCS Card Qualified ideally
-SMSTS & First Aid (Preferable not essential)
