Title: Site Manager
Salary: £48,000-£50,000
Package: Car Allowance/Van, Pension, Expenses, 25 holidays
Shifts/Days: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Day to day duties: Manage the sub contractors, Daily site reports, Health & safety Site audits
Certificates: SMSTS and First Aid
Project Types: Industrial, Commercial, Education Jobs up to £5M

The contractor are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager within the team to oversee their refurbishment project.

Projects are across commercial, education and industrial with project ranging from 200k to 4 million.

Day to day duties include:

Managing health and safety
Liaising with subcontractors.
Risk assessment
Method statements.
Weekly site reports.
Conducting project progress reports

Requirements for the role:

SMSTCS qualified.
First aid qualification.
5+ years manager at site.
Need to be client facing.
Happy to travel worldwide.
Experience working in a live environment.
