Role: Freelance Site Manager
Rate: £280 Per Shift
Location: Keele
Shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: 17th June
End Date: 5th Sept

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to run and oversee a student accommodation being striped and refitted with fire improvements to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a site manager on high-rise residential or hotel refurbs.
* Ideal candidate will have easy access to Keele/Stoke area.
* Dealing with the client is a key aspect of the role and so the right candidate will have strong client facing skills.
* Main contractor has regular team running in the background.
* Must be able to run a program and report into visiting Main contractor Senior Project Director.
* Hold SMSTS, CSCS, Fire Training & First Aid.
