One of our clients who work within the residential sector are looking to take on a Site Manager on a Temp to Perm basis.

Candidate will work freelance for the first 3 months and then be given the option to work on a permanent basis, if it suits both parties.

Requirements are;
- Ex tradesmen who are good builders.
- Can use a laptop.
- Read Drawings.
- Residential Experience.
- Good fit out experience.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.

Projects coming up are mostly located around North London, and includes residential, new build, extensions, exterior works and internal fit out works.

The company is a smaller sized, family run company, who are now looking to expand their team.
