Position Summary
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Claims Handler to manage a varied portfolio across motor, property, liability, cyber, and professional indemnity. You'll be the go-to person for clients, guiding them through the claims process with empathy, efficiency, and expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
Claims Management: Handle cross-class claims from start to finish
Client Advocacy: Be the trusted voice for clients, ensuring fair outcomes
Negotiation: Work with insurers and third parties to secure optimal settlements
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
Customer Service: Deliver responsive, empathetic support
Loss Prevention: Recommend strategies to reduce future risk
Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations

Key Relationships
Clients, insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, repair contractors
Internal teams including Account Executives
What You'll Bring
Experience in claims handling (broker or similar environment)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - chatty and confident is a plus!
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Familiarity with Acturis and Microsoft Office
