Clinical Deputy Manager 

£23 per hour / Southport  / 39 hours per week /  Ideally RMN Qualified

2 x 11 Hour shifts on floor & 2 x 8.5 hour shifts Supernumerary 

About the Role

My client is seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a supportive management role within a well‑established care environment.

You will work a combination of 2 x 11‑hour nursing shifts and 2 x 8.5‑hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends. This blend allows you to maintain hands‑on clinical practice while also contributing to the operational and leadership responsibilities of the home.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Ideally RMN qualified (other NMC‑registered nurses considered)

   

• Passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care

   

• Confident in leading teams and supporting staff development

   

• Experienced in care home or similar clinical environments

   

• Organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining excellent standards
