Admin Coordinator
Eccles
£26,000 - £28,000
Time Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a family run business who due to continued success and growth they are now wanting to hire a Admin Coordinator to join the current team.
We're ideally looking for someone with practical construction experience. Responsibilities include:
Logging jobs into our software
Planning jobs into operatives' diaries
Allocating operatives to emergency jobs
Sending completed job sheets to clients, and booking in any additional works if needed
Answering phones and communicating with clients via email daily
Collecting all job completion details ready for invoicing
Experience required:
Background in responsive repairs or similar
Familiarity with construction environments
Strong organisational and communication skills
Salary: £21k-£26k depending on experience (potential flexibility for the right candidate)
