Admin Coordinator
Eccles
£26,000 - £28,000

Time Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a family run business who due to continued success and growth they are now wanting to hire a Admin Coordinator to join the current team.

We're ideally looking for someone with practical construction experience. Responsibilities include:

 Logging jobs into our software

 Planning jobs into operatives' diaries

 Allocating operatives to emergency jobs

 Sending completed job sheets to clients, and booking in any additional works if needed

 Answering phones and communicating with clients via email daily

 Collecting all job completion details ready for invoicing


Experience required:

 Background in responsive repairs or similar

 Familiarity with construction environments

 Strong organisational and communication skills

 Salary: £21k-£26k depending on experience (potential flexibility for the right candidate)
