Time Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Assembly Operatives to become a key part of our client's dynamic team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble a variety of medical products to precise specifications.
Inspect components and completed units to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, and diagrams.
Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform general assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety protocols.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in engineering, manufacturing, or assembly roles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent timekeeping and a reliable attendance record.
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
Good housekeeping skills and a solid understanding of workplace safety and cleanliness.
