Manchester

£44,000 to £48,000 per annum

Role Overview

- Lead operations and service delivery across all building functions, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and contractor oversight.

- Foster strong relationships with occupiers and contractors to ensure a best-in-class experience.

- Support cost recovery and budget management, working collaboratively with facilities and surveying colleagues.

- Take a proactive approach to placemaking, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives.

Skills & Attributes

- Proven ability to manage complex building operations and coordinate with internal and external teams.

- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).

- Excellent budget-setting and cost control skills.

- High attention to detail, strong initiative, and a flexible, solutions-driven mindset.

- Confident user of Microsoft and Google packages.

- Experience in sustainability accreditations (desirable).

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

- IOSH (required), NEBOSH (desirable).
