Our client is a market leading Technology business in Leeds City Centre that has over 25% market share. Due to a recent partnership, they now have access to 50%+ of the market & are looking to expand their client base as part of an ambitious expansion plan.
They have hit sales targets for 8 consecutive years & all for the current team hit target, achieved an average OTE of £50k. They are lead rich, have a brilliant culture which is fun, lively, autonomous, and offers high earnings & clear progression from 12-18 months.
The role:
* Business Development Managers will sell Compliance Software & add-on services to the Education sector
* Selling to new, existing & lapsed clients
* Making around 50 calls per day
* You will use a solution-based sales approach & fact find approach
* Understand customer needs, wants, and pain point
* You'll educate customers on products, services & the market
* Manage the entire sales process & control your earnings
* Managing & growing an account base
* Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales cycle
* The role is autonomous, and you can implement your style to get the best results
The package:
* £30,000 salary
* £50,000 OTE
* Top performers £70,000+

Requirements:
Experience in B2B Sales is required.
