£30,000 + £50,000 - £60,000 OTE

Monday to Friday - 9 to 5.30

Our client is an ambitious & growing Events Company in Manchester with plans to move into new areas & increase current market share. They're looking to hire Business Development Managers to join their current high performing team & to drive organic growth.
The role reports into a passionate & knowledgeable Director who still sells & loves developing people. They have a brilliant culture which is fun, relaxed, autonomous, and offers high earnings & great career prospects.
The role:
* Selling Events space & sponsorship
* Selling B2B - both private & public sector
* Working in the transport, housing, and sustainability sectors
* Proactive outreach to prospects - phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
* Managing the 360 sales process
* Using a consultative, value adding sales approach
* You will use a solution-based sales approach & fact find approach
* Closing sales
* Delivering a great service
* Attending events
The package:
* £30,000 salary
* £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
* Top earner £100,000
* Monday to Friday - 9 to 5.30
* 25 holidays & bank holidays
Requirements:
Experience in sales is required.
