Position: Care Services Manager
Location: North London
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum - Highly negotiable
Time Recruitment is currently looking for a committed and experienced Care Services Manager to join a high-achieving team at a well-established home in North London.
Our client is devoted to providing top-quality, 24/7 Nursing and Dementia care.
As the Care Services Manager, you will have a pivotal role in supervising and upholding the exceptional care standards at our facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* Facilitating smooth admissions for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition.
* Leading and managing a dedicated team of care professionals.
* Providing support to staff members in their professional growth through training and guidance.
* Occasionally acting as the Home Manager when required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Care Services Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Deputy Manager
* A valid NMC pin is essential for this role.
