Complex Care Assistant

Kirklees - £14.50 per hour - 36 hours per week

Required Skills for the Complex Care Assistant:

• Experience in complex care
• Epilepsy management knowledge
• Ability to administer rescue medications
• Familiarity with peg feeding, nebulizers, and suctioning
• Team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Nice to Have Skills for the Complex Care Assistant:

• Previous experience in issue rescue medication procedures
• Familiarity with vent and oxygen support

Preferred Education and Experience for the Complex Care Assistant:

• Prior experience in a similar care role
• Relevant certifications in care or healthcare
• Proven track record of providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs

Other Requirements for Complex Care Assistant:

• Availability for night shifts (4 caregivers needed)
• working 36 hours per week with a 2-week rolling rota
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
