  • Deliver site inductions for all operatives and visitors.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Construction Phase Plans.

  • Ensure safe working procedures and maintain a clean, organised site.

  • Plan and coordinate labour requirements, subcontractors, and material deliveries.

  • Liaise with NHS stakeholders including CEOs, consultants, nurses, and domestic teams.

  • Communicate effectively with trades, project managers, and senior leadership.

  • Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specification and regulatory standards.

Experience & Background

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, education, or commercial projects.

  • Comfortable working in live, sensitive environments with end‑users present.

  • Strong technical understanding; joinery background preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme and quality expectations.

  • Confident communicator with both site teams and senior client representatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management (or equivalent).

  • SMSTS certification.

  • First Aid at Work.

  • CSCS Black Card.

  • Full UK driving licence.

What This Role Offers

  • £50,000 salary.
